Yes, it's time for another RSC, where I bring to your attention a female sports personality whom you may not know that has caught my eye for her actions and looks. I love watching the sport of track and field. One Saturday two years ago I caught the college track and field championships on TV when there was nothing on. I watched a few great close races, and ever since then, I watch track and field whenever it's on. This time, I ended up getting a random sports crush on the high jumper Blanka Vlasic of Croatia. First, the names are great; I think of the character from the Street Fighter game for the first name, and then think of the pickle company for the last name. Video games and snacks--what could be better? The world's hottest woman is probably named Ryu Cheez-its or something, ha. Um, ok, leaving junior high behind, some other reasons.
How can you not like a woman who does a separate dance to celebrate each successful jump?
Who tears up when her country's anthem is being played?
Who then invites the silver and bronze medalists to join her on the top section of the trophy stand?
And finally, look at those beautiful eyes!

I normally pay attention to the middle distance races but what first got my attention was the height they were jumping - well over my height of 6'1. It helps that she is pretty and seems to have a fun/entertaining personality.
OK, the dancing and the crying sound stupid, but the inviting the other medalists up to join her IS cool. Still, way to have a random crush on someone no one has ever heard of dude. I'm impressed.
